Next up is Melon B. It weighed 187 pounds at the Durham Fair. This was probably the oldest melon. Early July, late June pollination. My pollination dates are just estimates as all of my melons are open pollinated. Which I am OK with for the time being. These melons are all grown in complete isolation from other melons so all the open pollinations are some sort of sib or self. The genetics of the CC and JBD that Chris K put into the original cross are just being shuffled around a bit. Melon B's measurements are as follows;
