A four hundred pounder that was grown on the 1503 Pappas. I allowed the 1503 to set a couple late pumpkins after I lost half the plant to rot. The 1503 had insanely vigorous roots. White roots were surfacing everywhere. In my opinion the plants with super vigorous roots are more likely to turn into foamers and are more prone to rots, they probably also have the most potential. (if you can hang on)
