I stopped by my old house today. Looks like pumpkin soil will grow good grass. It is growing three times as fast as the rest of the yard. Someone might have to mow in the spring everyday. Not the best germination rate. I sowed in the heat of the summer and was not in the position to water. It is filling in nicely.
