Next up for the potatoes are Japanese sweet potatoes. If you've never had them and like sweet potatoes, I'd highly recommend them. Really dark orange and sweet. Anyways, I planted a bunch and dug in there for a test. They are packed in there. Not sure when to dig them up. They are not like the regular potatoes. More like a sprawling vine that roots in the ground and growing like crazy. Probably introduced an invasive species that I won't be able to get rid off.
