Lab will want 3 or 4 leaves to get enough juice to rock and roll. I pull one leaf from 4 fruiting plants to get an average of my whole patch. If one plant is off (disease, color, size) I do not sample, and keep testing to healthy plants for good growth. If testing for disease, keep samples to affected plants only.
