As an aside - our Night Blooming Cereus - Selenicerceus gradiflourus- bloomed the other night. Blooms only once a year after dark for 8 hours. Pollinated by bats and a limited number of moths in its native tropics. Lucky we saw the 7" bud that evening while having dinner on back porch, or we would have missed it. Another year's care to the next single bloom. I think its the prettiest flower anywhere.
