Pumpkin with the splits is aborting. Lost and inch in cc and is turning white, no shine, and blossom end is getting soft. Last one on the main. Pollinated a secondary yesterday, looks to have took. This late in the season I am not going to get a big one, so will probably cut back some on the amount of inputs, both physically and financially. Disappointed yes, but everything has a learning curve and this is only my second year. I am giving it the old farmer credo "maybe next year."
