Here is this years patch. 3 times the size as last year at a whopping 560 sq. ft.
We (Yes, my beautiful pumpcubine is going to grow a pumpkin this year too) am looking to get ammendments tilled in this Friday and plant sometime this weekend. We're tired of waiting for this roller coaster weather ride. We have a hoop house. We have dirt and we have plants (All Elvis babies). So we will see what the 479 Lenz is made of. What else is there? Oh yes, NAMES!
I am kind of a Star Wars geek, so I am going with Jabba to induce a psychological size boost. My sweet gf is naming hers Zakk after the guitar legend and leader of the Black Label Society, of which we are both huge fans.
Now that we have all the important stuff set, it should go off without a hitch... I mean, it's not like they need water or anything either right? Wait... what???
