Ok plant geeks, here we go! A beautiful example of “guttation” in plants. When evenings are cool, and you have a powerful root system that doesn’t want to slow down, some plants will exhibit this, and pumpkins are one of them. When there is too much turgor pressure within the plant, this is a defense mechanism of sorts so the leaves don’t blow up.
