Ok plant geeks, here we go! A beautiful example of �guttation� in plants. When evenings are cool, and you have a powerful root system that doesn�t want to slow down, some plants will exhibit this, and pumpkins are one of them. When there is too much turgor pressure within the plant, this is a defense mechanism of sorts so the leaves don�t blow up.
