I tried to convince myself out of the foolishness of starting pumpkin seeds without having seen my garden soil. I did not pick up any seeds this winter but I still think I have enough to grow. I have narrowed it down to about 20 choices. Looking like it will be an ugly year. It will be a challenge to start with zero prep..but I won’t be bored.
