The redwood of the garden. I cant say anything bad about Kale. Could probably live on just kale, potatoes and red meat. Transplants easy... and what else is there to eat this time of year??? If I had chickens they'd be laying now but I no longer have chickens. I am only a week ahead of last year despite my attempt to get started insanely early. We'll see.
