Now that the tanks are clean, I can think about nutrients. I am going to run a different solution in each tank and compare results. First tank will get the General Hydroponics three part formula. I have used this for the past two years. I don’t follow the recommended feeding schedule but feel comfortable with the product. The next bucket is going to have Canna Aqua nutrients in it. I have never used this product so it should be interesting to see the results. Third bucket is going to be my play bucket. I have liquid organic N,P and K. Should be able to dial in any ratio I want. I have been warned that the organic is going to gunk up the system much quicker, so I will have to set up a holding bucket for cleaning the main tank. All tanks should also be getting CalMg, Potassium Silicate and MicroBlast. It is possible that I might be adding rooting enhancer, willow extract, kelp extract etc to the tanks as i get bored. A collection of 3 years of nutrients gives me many choices. Come on seeds...I am ready to grow.
