I picked it 12 days ago on sept 9 and it weighed 3 lb 15 oz. So its down 2.7 oz so far !!! I will soak it tonight to see how much weight i get back !!! This tomato still looks solid and i think that i can keep it in storage for another 3 weeks !!!
