It has been a tough month we have 4 competition pumpkins left & a bunch of smaller ones we hope will make 1K for the event in Pittsburgh 10/20 & 21. Heat, humidity, & wet weather have given us fits with disease on our plants from a season full of optimism we are just hoping the other shoe doesn't drop in the next 5 - 6 weeks when the weigh-offs we go to finally start. Here is 1 of our highly trained cats (Aladdin) keeping a watchful eye for any rodents that might think they can get the seeds inside our pumpkins.
