I am so in disbelief on how young and lush the melon plants look and feel. Even the 'Original main leaves are still there although darker in color..are still freakin there and are huge in size. The plants are simply gorgeous healthy looking for as old as they are and what they have been through, storms stupidity etc, etc hence melons that are doing very well. Keeping the culls off of them is another story, lol. The race between Mrs. Puff and Mr. Hankey is great but I must say Mr. Hankey is now going long and has caught back up to Mrs. Puff. Fiona just sits and watches as they try to catch up to her in size and has she got size, goodness she's got size. Hang in there gang. If they all 3 survive I do know where each of them are going. My daughter is required now to help with the tape in measuring Fiona and how Mrs. is positioned It is difficult to get my arms around her to hold the tape for the cc. Keep 'em going everyone!
