The 2nd UK Monster Pumpkin Challenge was held today at the Van Hage Garden co. in Hertfordshire.
First place went to James O Hanlon and Liam Cupit with a new British record weight of 912lbs.
This was grown in a glasshouse at Hesketh Bank in the North West of England.Mark O Hanlon is pictured with the fruit which weighed somewhere in the region of 20% heavy.
