First of July and the patch is filling up. It’s full speed vine bury time! During this time I’m always looking forward to what I call “ cruise control “ which happens in about 2 months.
I have a few pumpkins set on both plants and should have my final picks by this weekend.
I can’t complain about the weather,, it’s been 68 to 72 on the coast every day for sometime now. We can get hot spells now and again and when the plants are small I’d rather have cool then really hot.
We do have our first heatwave coming this weekend with 90’s and 100’s but just for a couple days.
