First of July and the patch is filling up. It�s full speed vine bury time! During this time I�m always looking forward to what I call � cruise control � which happens in about 2 months.
I have a few pumpkins set on both plants and should have my final picks by this weekend.
I can�t complain about the weather,, it�s been 68 to 72 on the coast every day for sometime now. We can get hot spells now and again and when the plants are small I�d rather have cool then really hot.
We do have our first heatwave coming this weekend with 90�s and 100�s but just for a couple days.
