I am reading about all the growers that have a pumpkin already pollinated. Good thing pretty is not under such a time crunch. I am expecting pollination about mid July. I have heard rumours that there might be a head-to-head regional competition of HD winners from more than one weighoff. Totally non gpc. I could be competing against my own seed..I know of at least 4 growers in the area that have 1109 plants growing. I am hoping for the color density that the 555 Haan showed last year with my weight goal of 1000 pounds. Yes, I will self mine to the next generation.
