My rather average sized Zacheart tomato.
It definitely has that heart shape to it, pointy on the bottom.
I have a mega that just set on the same plant.
My other Zacheart plant I just culled the main tomato on and it was previously "topped". It now has suckers that are starting to flower so I am hoping for a new mega bloom to form on those. Both plants are spindly and stringy compared to the others.
