But... there is good news. Opened the lid and was greeted by steaming soil even though it was -16C. Melted down 6-8”, that’s enough to get my cable in. I’ll get that done this weekend.
My big greenhouse is nice and warm too. I’ll put a shack in it and get it ready. The north patch I’m going to dig out before I try to get into it.
I’m definitely going to wait to the last moment to plant. There is still no warm weather in the forecast.
