There may be hope yet for the BER problems. My youngest Jan 1st set is looking good to me. No sign of BER yet. Nutrient levels appear to be about where I want them. Bottom leaf curl, tops look good. Changing 1/4 of the solution every day. Thinking maybe I should kick up the N a bit. Upper leaves are a bit too small but from this point will be making only small changes to the ratio at a time. I did add 300 watts of side lighting to go along with 300 over the top for 600 total on this one plant. 4 more 150 watt LED's ordered. Next year will be at 900 watts on a few plants.
