This picture is try to show how the roots flattened against the silk screen barrier. I was probably running the mist on/off cycle a bit too wet. I see very little sign of trichoblasts. It was an error on the side of caution. Slightly too wet is safer than too dry. One leads to less weight the other to plant death. Next winter will be making changes and trying to fine tune the system. At least I know now, aeroponics has potential.
