Well, I cannot win them all. This pumpkin developed an odd soft spot at the blossom end that I tried to get under control, but it started at a split that kept getting deeper. This pumpkin went heavy which is very consistent for my 1662.0 DeBacco seed but the color was a little bit of everything. I will say that during the majority of the season this pumpkin was white in color and only in the last month did it start to turn orange. (At least most of it turned orange;-)
