Since I may never see another blossom like this,I have to keep taking pictures. On this whole ribbon there has never been one leaf. I used an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper to make it easier to see the arrangement of the blossoms. I have had a grower email me asking how I get the pollen from the spoon into the blossom. What I use requires a shopping trip into the womens section..to be more specific the make-up section. What I use is a smudge brush. It is small, stiff enough to gather the pollen from the spoon and black so it is easy to see that pollen is attached. My teen daughter gets the credit for suggesting this growing tool.
