Yes, weird wint, 4.01's do sprout. Unfortunately, this is one of the plants I might replace. I really do not like the color of the lower leaves. Iphone camera doesnt really show it but they are more yellow green than the color that I would consider healthy. I am sure this has been caused by grower error. Then there is always the factor we are growing tomatoes not lettuce. The roots look healthy..maybe not enough nitrogen...could that be a good thing? I have about two weeks to decide if I will restart. If I am to grow a tomato in time for spring deadline Christmas is my cutoff date. That date requires early flowering and first truss set.
