Many people wanting to give growing giant pumpkins a go were astounded that I was giving away free, good quality Atlantic giant pumpkin seeds at the Champlain Valley Fair. At least a couple of individuals actually had tears in their eyes, especially one gentleman whose father used to grow big pumpkins and he wanted to try his hand at it.
Thank you Caylei Rae Arnold. Your gift of seeds helped make a lot of people, including youngsters, happy. They now have seeds, step by step instructions, and the Vermont Growers' email in case they need support and more seeds.
