Same guy at the fair every year. Same story. Says he used to grow giant pumpkins. He would cut the leaf off a stalk and fill the stalk with milk--this year it was cream. He would put a cork in the stalk to plug it up. Then he would watch the pumpkin take off.
But don't tell anyone because it's illegal.
Possible brain injury? Or a form of mental illness?
Many stories past 2 days of growing giant pumpkins by cutting slits in stems an/or injecting milk with syringe.
What would Raoul Duke do? Or Dr. Gonzo?
