Field Pumpkin Update, SPLIT WATCH >
Aug. 22, 2017. 8pm.
Trying very hard to split this baby pumpkin but still solid....it will be very close to 70" cc at day 20 if it makes it. Never knew they could grow so fast.
Field Pumpkin > Day 15, 108 Lyons 16 X self.
49.5 + 35 + 37 = 121.5" OTT
Gained 4.5" CC in last 24 hours. 4" ave. past 7 days
Gained 10.5" CC last 24 hours. 10" ave. past 7 days.
The fruits large cratered blossom has a scare and is starting to smile. Hoping for cell expansion and elongation to continue. Humid and warm today with 1" of rain. Tomorrow will be a perfect sunny BES day after the passage of todays cold front....
