The other old seed that i started,7.18 Harp 2009, had early problems. Had to do underground surgery to remove the seed coat. No doubt the seed lost some vigor after being stored for 8 years. It has come back and tossed this nice 1st truss set. I lost its stronger sibling from the hail but interested to see what this one will end up at. I still have more of these seeds left. I know i will slowly start them thru time.
