I think I figured out what this was. The affected area was mostly in the mist zone of my overhead irrigation. Half the plant was fine the half all looks like this split the plant right down the middle and the younger leaves got it just as much as the older leaves. Anyhow it seems to be related to the cold misty spray from the sprinkler which has such low output I ran it all day probably eight or ten hours. Fortunately the outer areas where sprinkler hits were unaffected just the area in the constant cold mist at the base of the sprinkler. The period of water application was too long or the temp. was too cold for too long? Well, one or the other.
