Believe or not, the largest I have going at this point is from last years small keeper from a 1.68 BZ that came from a nice ribbon stem when it was the next latest and greatest thing. Well, it's growing a nice tomato anyway on a round stem. From its first cool day in a long time to the next cool day, it went from hardly growing at all to +1.25" in a day. The temp really makes a difference. I put Sulphur powder on many of my tomatoes in spots where I worry about rot like the middle. I miss sometimes and it goes all over.
