This is my second year growing so I don't have a lot of experience with stumps. This one is also foaming behind it. Is this something I should be really concerned about, and if so, what should I be doing different? I water everyday to include around 2ft from the stump itself to approximately 6ft diameter. Should I ease up on the watering in that area?
