Looks like this year might have a chance in the Megamutt competition. This is the blossom on Megamutt D. In the past four days it has been making good gains. It is in a fertile area of my garden, just on the edge of where my pb pumpkin grew last year. Hoping to have nearly all maters set in the next 7 to 10 days. My preferred set date for fall weighoffs will be the first week of August. Anything after August 20th I think will be pulled unless fo some reason I want the genetics.
