My tissue test of the 1756 Howell plot
an email from Ron W Very nice results!! Start with as a drench 4 ounces per plant Epson salts for Magnesium and sulfur. Yesterday I drenched 6 plants so I added 24 ounces epson salts to 300 gallons of water and watered plants. To this I added 2 ounces zinc sulfate, 1 ounce manganese sulfate and 1/2 ounce copper sulfate. You could do the same thing.... WHat I also do is I have switched my contact fungicide to Manzate as it contains zinc and manganese. That way once a week when I am spraying for foliar disease I am also getting results for manganese and zinc as well. I would also add 1/4 ounce per 100 gallons of water Borax for more boron. DO you have a tank you can mix in and water from? Ron
