Got two 1844 Holubs planted out today. These were slow to germinate and a bit leggy at first, but looking much better at second leaf stage. The genetics of these are so far ahead of all other squashes they are worth persevering with. Soil cable, fan heater and grow light should give me a much better start than last year.
