Making and freezing pesto. I spray an ice cube tray and spread the prepared pesto into the spaces. I place plastic wrap on top and then freeze. After the cubes are frozen, I pop out the cubes and store in freezer bag for up to one year. Wonderful to use in cooking and salads!!
