|
Lack of drainage at the Fox Valley Park District community garden plots often results in standing water. Runoff is restricted to this area due to lack of access to two retention basins (wet and dry) just south of 5th Avenue. The risers for both are clogged with sediment and vegetation due to lack of maintenance.
