I have posted the frost dates from The Old Farmer's 2017 Almanac by Robert B Thomas founded in 1792. This year marks the 225th anniversary. I am often asked questions about the last frost date and for my area this year it is April 20th. I should have started my flowers two weeks ago according to this date, but I am also thinking of the weather conditions ahead in April and May which appear cool and wet!
