Sometimes seeds sprout and sometimes they don't and so, it is important to try again. In the empty pots, I have reseeded more California Green Bell Peppers. Seeds might not be viable, but then again, watering can be off, the heat source may be inadequate and even the depth of planting may be an issue. I continue to learn as I go through the planting process.
