So I'm hopeful that I'm seeing healthy tissue inside the crack. I've slowed her down a bit by cutting some foliage as well as the closest 4 tap roots, and she is still gaining to let me know she's alive, but not so much that she's still splitting. Fingers crossed for good measure, but I believe in her! She's still got lots of smile to bring!
