Looks like we found a new growing spot for next year. Nice soil with a nice OM level. This has been an apple orchard til last year. After one wheat crop it seems to be ready for growing pumpkins. Soil sample will be taken soon and all necessary nutrients including some compost will be added. This years patch has a high disease pressure and despite not growing for 2 years it needs again some rest for atleast one year.
