Seeds soaked for 4 hours with a splash of seaweed extract, filed gently on one edge, and popped in a bag between two cotton baby wipes. Now in the airing cupboard. We wait!
From having started late last year, as on a new (&windy) site, hopefully rather more early season growth this year.
Still wrestling with keeping the plant warm once transplanted in overgrown cloche (5x8?) - soil cables with in built thermostats don't seem to exist in the UK. May rig non-thermostat soil cable to timer at night, or find something similar.
