Slap a little dirt on the sides to keep the plastic from blowing off. We have a lot of wind protection so it would take quite a wind to do damage. We checked with a soil thermometer and the soil outside of the greenhouses was around 55 degrees. We will check the temp of the soil in the greenhouses in the next couple of days. It is going to be over 80 degrees here tomorrow. We will have to open the greenhouses so our soil doesn't get too hot!
