Had some pretty good success in my lower patch this year out of 7 plants i will have 6 that have made it over 1,000 pounds. The 1 plant which was the only 1985 miller i planted this year, I could not keep any pumpkins growing on it. They would start out crazy fast grow the hugest stem and then just abort around day 20. I attempted 4 times then just pulled the plant.
This is a picture of a pumpkin that won't make it to a weighoff this year. The picture is of a 1060 Carley.
