I thought the leaking blossom would be the end of my 1578 Squash but it turns out that turning into a pumpkin was the end of it. Yep, that's a lot of yellow and it is no longer connected to the vine. Going to try to set a new one since it still throws green females and it was nice and green until about 850 pounds. One odd thing about the plant is that I found a couple yellow and green striped females now which is a little concerning for the seed. Weighoff time will be interesting because I have a hunch mine isn't the only one that is going to end up a pumpkin. Great growing plant and kin though.
