Day 23 and the split 288 Buglio is up to 233 pounds and crankin. Took another picture of the inside and it is still beautiful inside. No smell, no rot, no soft bottom. This will be the 2nd one in a row that has continued to grow despite being completely open to the inside cavity. I didn't give up on the one last year and in 3 weeks it made it to 453 pounds very late in the season, a new PB. I even survived a truck ride to the scales and was solid as a rock. They say to never give up; and I'm not giving up on this one quite yet
