It is hard to complain about to much rain when you know what California is going through. I had just tilled my patch and things were looking great when the skies decided to open up with strong winds and a day long downpour. Trenches formed, wind fence knocked down and a couple of main vines twisted. I am determined... for some reason this year, to put some more time in and do a few things differently. The wind a rain took a toll but overall the patch is ahead of other years for the end of June.
