There must be just something genetically wrong with certain plants . Or over fertilize wire that I'm leaning towards genetics . You can see here how one Vine tip actually limps the other one stand straight and stays in a bunch . We started to get really worried when I seen this it's happened in years past now when I see it. you to get rid of it
