I finished with my hauling and grading. I added amendments heavily and will be tilling this weekend if the land is right after this weeks rain. I haven't done a soil sample and won't until fall. This soil needs to marinate plenty more before I can trust a soil test. I just winged it with amendments and used my experience from the pumpkin patch to take a swing at it. It was fun to calculate them and will be even better if something grows!
I would like to thank Steve Geddes for helping me out last year and taking the time to answer my questions, mostly about soil. I remember looking at my first soil test and thinking this is all great but now what do I do with it. lol. I couldn't have broken 1000 without the help of great people on BP like Steve.
