I didn't set the 1/4 drip lines in advance, so it would be easier to work the soil in the tunnel early in the season. I'm sliding old 1" poly line under the vine in front of the leaf node as a sleeve and pushing the drip line through it to the other side. I also didn't want the vine sitting on the drip line if there was an emitter hole right under the vine, so the sleeve keeps the vine away from the drip. (emitters are inside the 1/4" drip line every 9")....I also have a 1/4" drip line running parallel to the main vine, separated by about 1-2". I'm not using these yet, hand watering every 3 days.
